Clever OffersInvestor Platform

One agent. Many competing offers.

Agents build a listing package once. The platform shops it to investors whose buy boxes fit, and brings every offer back to the agent for the seller.

  1. The agent assembles photos and home details.
  2. Matching investors get the package, without the seller's contact details.
  3. Offers come back side by side, and the seller decides.

Prototype for evaluation. Sample data only.

What to try

Investor Platform is a working prototype with sample data.

  1. The deal loop: an agent publishes a listing, matching investors are told and make offers, and the agent compares them, accepts one, and tracks the deal to closing.
  2. An outage: operations break the CRM or email under Simulations; nobody's work fails, and the messages go out once the service is back.
  3. Another brand: switch below, or open partner.localhost:3000, and the same screens run as a partner's, with no code change.
